Family Association
The Family Association (FA) plays a vital role in building community at Concord Hill School. Through events, volunteer opportunities, and teacher appreciation efforts, the FA fosters connections among families, supports faculty, and enhances the CHS experience for all students.

Events & Programs
The Family Association hosts several beloved events throughout the year, which are free for families and faculty to attend. Many of these events also include charitable initiatives to support the wider community.
- Fall Festival (October): Beginning in the 2025–2026 school year, the Family Association will sponsor the Fall Festival, one of CHS’s most cherished traditions. This exciting change ensures that all current CHS students will now enjoy free admission to this special event.
- Pancake Breakfast (December): A CHS tradition that brings families together while third graders showcase their leadership skills by helping to host the event.
- Spring Movie Night & Book Fair: Fun opportunities for families to gather and support CHS.
- CHS Connects Speaker Series: A collection of presentations featuring discussions on parenting, education, and CHS-related topics. This includes:
- The Annual State of the School address
- Monthly meetings and discussions
- A Spring Speaker Event with expert insight
Teacher Appreciation
Throughout the year, the FA coordinates a variety of teacher appreciation efforts, including:
- A Winter Gift Exchange
- A monthly restock of the faculty kitchen with snacks, drinks and tokens of appreciation
- A week-long celebration during Teacher Appreciation Week, culminating in the presentation of gift cards to all faculty and staff. These gift cards are funded outside of FA dues, ensuring equal distribution across the entire CHS team.
