Job Description
About Concord Hill School
At Concord Hill School, we value and cultivate children’s curiosity in the early years of development. Through a dynamic program rooted in nurturing relationships, we inspire the personal and academic growth of a community of lifelong learners. Since 1965, our mission has guided us in fostering a vibrant environment where students discover their strengths, embrace challenges, and thrive as individuals.
Our core values—care, connection, curiosity, and courage—are at the heart of all we do, shaping our program and creating a joyful, inclusive community. As part of our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and care (DEIC), we foster a school culture that values each individual’s unique identity and actively engage in anti-bias education.
Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated classroom teacher to join our Kindergarten through Third Grade team for the 2025-2026 school year. In this role, you’ll design lessons that spark curiosity, promote critical thinking, and empower students to meet their full potential.
As a member of our faculty, you’ll actively participate in professional growth opportunities, share ideas with colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing development of our program. You’ll also build meaningful relationships with students, families, and peers, fostering a connected and inclusive classroom environment that reflects Concord Hill’s mission and values.

- A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-bias education.
- A commitment to research-based instruction and ongoing professional growth.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A growth mindset and reflective teaching practice.
